Eltropy is seeking a strategic Tier-1 Customer Success Manager to manage a portfolio of ~20 high-impact financial institution customers. You will partner with executives to deliver outcomes via our AI-powered platform, focusing on retention, growth, and satisfaction.

Responsibilities include Tier-1 relationship management, success planning, risk mitigation, expansion opportunities, onboarding, adoption, and advocacy.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of customer-facing experience in B2B SaaS/FinTech.
• Strong ability to manage executive relationships and drive outcomes.
• Data-driven with experience in health scoring, CRM usage, and ROI demonstration.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and executive presence across levels.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% to meet customers and drive value.

Responsibilities

• Tier-1 relationship management for ~20 high-impact accounts.
• Develop and execute multi-year success plans to achieve goals.
• Identify expansion opportunities and collaborate with Sales on upsell.
• Lead onboarding projects and drive adoption across teams.
• Advocate for customers and relay feedback to product and engineering.
• Track health, retention, and growth metrics and report to stakeholders.
