Qualifications

• 5+ years in customer-facing roles in B2B SaaS and/or FinTech.
• Experience managing Tier-1 accounts with enterprise clients.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Serve as trusted advisor for ~20 Tier-1 accounts and executive relationships.
• Lead executive business reviews to demonstrate ROI and value.
• Identify expansion opportunities in collaboration with Sales.
• Coordinate onboarding and adoption strategies across teams.
• Collect and relay customer feedback to influence product roadmap.
