Job summary

Eltropy is seeking a strategic Tier-1 Customer Success Manager to steward a portfolio of high‑impact financial institution customers, delivering transformative outcomes with our AI‑powered platform while driving retention, growth, and overall satisfaction.

You will partner with executives to review ROI, lead onboarding and adoption, identify expansion opportunities, and collaborate with Sales, Product, and Support to ensure measurable value across the relationship.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of customer-facing experience in a B2B SaaS/FinTech context.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time to customer sites.
• Experience supporting Tier-1 or enterprise accounts.

Responsibilities

• Tier-1 Relationship Management: serve as the trusted advisor for ~20 Tier-1 accounts and drive long-term partnerships.
• Customer Success Strategy: develop multi-year success plans and mitigate churn risks.
• Revenue Growth: identify expansion opportunities and collaborate with Sales for account planning.
• Onboarding and Adoption: lead complex onboarding projects and drive product adoption.
• Advocacy and Feedback: relay customer priorities to Product/Engineering/Support and help shape the roadmap.
• Metrics and Reporting: track health, retention, and growth across the portfolio.
