• 4+ years owning CS or support ops for B2B SaaS/services.
• Own health-score models and renewal forecasting deliverables.
• Translate data into executive-ready decks and runbooks.
• Excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Train AI models on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks.
• Develop and refine health-score dashboards, renewal risk scorecards, and escalation playbooks.
