Job summary

Ethos is seeking a senior customer success lead to train their language model processing professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks at a flexible, remote capacity. You will oversee health-score models, renewal forecasting, and create executive-ready decks and playbooks.

The role is remote with 5–20 hours per week and ASAP start. You will craft high-quality documents and data-driven insights for clients and investors within a world-class AI ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 4+ years owning customer success or support operations for a B2B SaaS or services organization, including ownership of health-score models and renewal forecasting.
• Proven ability to translate messy support and usage data into quarterly business review decks and escalation runbooks that executives and customers both trust.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.
