Job summary
Salesforce is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager, Senior Manager, to serve as a named resource for HLS customers, acting as trusted advisor and coordinating Signature deliverables, renewals, and expansions.
You will work across internal and external teams to optimize the platform, drive renewals and service excellence during peak events, with occasional travel and after-hours coverage as needed.
Qualifications
- 8+ years work experience in relevant fields.
- Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.
- Salesforce Certifications (AI Specialist, Administrator, Platform App Builder, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, Data Cloud Consultant).
- Experience in HLS industries.
- Experience with enterprise-level customers.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into business terms.
Responsibilities
- Serve as single point of customer accountability for Signature, renewal, expansion.
- Cultivate and maintain stakeholder relationships with IT and business leadership.
- Help customers achieve business goals on Salesforce platform by coordinating Signature services.
- Provide timely Salesforce feature guidance based on customer interests.
- Advise adoption of new features and identify challenges and risks.
- Travel occasionally; after-hours coverage may be required.
