Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a seasoned Customer Success Manager, Senior Manager, to act as the named resource for HLS accounts, building trusted advisory relationships and driving successful adoption of the Signature program.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, sales, and operations to deliver services, manage expectations, and minimize risk, ensuring renewals and expansions while aligning to customer goals.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in technical CS, Salesforce CRM, SaaS leadership, or related consulting.
• Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.
• Salesforce Certifications (AI Specialist, Administrator, Platform App Builder, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, Data Cloud Consultant).

Responsibilities

• Serve as single point of accountability for Signature deliverables, experience, and renewal/expansion.
• Cultivate relationships with the customer’s IT and business executives, sponsors, and decision-makers.
• Advise customers on adoption of new Salesforce features and annual release schedules.
• Triage and resolve high severity incidents with customers and internal teams.
• Occasional travel to customer sites and after-hours or weekend coverage as needed.
