Job summary

Madrona Venture Labs is looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager to drive the success of enterprise customers and partners. You will oversee customer lifecycle management, ensuring onboarding, adoption, and retention while translating technical discussions into actionable business value.

Qualified candidates will have a strong technical aptitude in data and cloud technologies and 5+ years in Customer Success within B2B SaaS. The role offers annual pay ranging from $125,000 to $180,000, with various benefits including stock options.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or Partner Success in a B2B SaaS or Cloud Infrastructure environment.
• Experience managing up to 50 enterprise accounts and OEM/Channel partners.
• Located in the US Central or Eastern timezones.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of enterprise and strategic customers.
• Ensure customers achieve measurable outcomes and maximize value from Qumulo products.
• Serve as the primary technical liaison and trusted advisor.
