Job summary

Linesight is seeking a Senior Estimator (CSA) in Raleigh to lead the development of comprehensive project estimates. You will coordinate with project teams, prepare the Basis of Estimate, and analyze risk and contingencies while maintaining current local rate libraries.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in construction estimation, proficiency with Sage Timberline, InEight, or CostX, and a construction-related degree. Chartered status (RICS/CEP/CPE) or on-track credentials are a plus.

Qualifications

• 10+ years experience as an estimator in a construction environment.
• Experience using estimating systems such as Sage Timberline, InEight, or CostX.
• Degree or comparable experience in a construction related discipline.
• RICS, CEP or CPE chartered or on path to complete it.

Responsibilities

• Develop the estimate plan and coordinate estimate development with the project team.
• Lead the development of the total project estimate.
• Prepare the total Project Basis of Estimate and the Estimate Risk Analysis, with contingency recommendations.
• Analyze and make recommendations regarding solutions to problems with varying complexity.
• Maintain a library of current local rates for use in all estimates.
