Job summary

Linesight is seeking a Senior Estimator (CSA) to lead cost analysis and bid development. You will develop estimates, coordinate with project teams, and apply over 10 years of construction estimating experience to shape competitive, well-supported pricing.

You will maintain local rate libraries, perform risk analyses, and communicate clearly with clients and colleagues. This role offers a path to growth within a global consultancy that values collaboration, diversity, and delivering high-impact

Qualifications

• 10+ years of estimating experience in construction with increasing scope.
• Experience with estimating systems: Sage Timberline, InEight or CostX.
• Degree or comparable experience in a construction-related discipline.
• RICS, CEP or CPE chartered or on track to complete.
• Strong verbal and written communication; detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Develop the estimate plan and coordinate estimate development with the project team
• Lead the development of the total project estimate
• Prepare the total Project Basis of Estimate and the Estimate Risk Analysis
• Analyze and recommend solutions to problems with varying complexity
• Maintain a library of current local rates
