Job summary

CoinsPaid is seeking experienced Account Sales Executives to drive new business across priority verticals including Travel & Hospitality, E‑Commerce & Luxury, Fintech & PSPs, Gambling & Gaming, Forex, and Adult. In this performance‑driven role, you will own a vertical territory, build and close a high‑impact pipeline, and act as the face of CoinsPaid at trade shows and client meetings across Europe.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in outbound sales, BD, or account sales with a track record of closing large B2B deals.
• Hands-on background in the assigned industry (casino/travel brand/EMI/PSP) is a major plus.
• Deep understanding of payments or fintech; crypto payments experience is a strong plus.
• High outbound energy, self-starter, disciplined in prospecting, meeting generation and deal management.
• Proficiency in English (B2 level or higher) with excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Own the new‑business sales strategy and execution for your vertical, from prospecting through to signed contracts and handover.
• Build, manage, and convert a qualified outbound pipeline via outreach, networking, referrals, events, and partner channels.
• Conduct high‑impact discovery, demos, and negotiations with C‑level and senior stakeholders to win high‑value merchant accounts.
• Achieve revenue targets and KPIs with forecast accuracy and deal progression in the CRM (Salesforce).
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Operations, Legal, Compliance, and Customer Success to tailor pitches and pricing.
