Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in business systems analysis or enterprise applications delivery.
• Experience across ERP, CRM, and PLM systems.
• Experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead business analysis for cross-application initiatives spanning Sales and Engineering systems.
• Define and align end-to-end business processes, data flow, and ownership boundaries.
• Identify and document integration requirements and data interactions across platforms.
• Own and govern Azure DevOps backlog structure for cross-system initiatives.
• Coordinate backlog alignment and translate requirements into epics, features, and user stories.
