Signode Industrial Group, LLC is seeking a Finance-Lead Systems Analyst to optimize ERP/CRM deployments and lead Dynamics 365 initiatives across multiple sites. You will partner with business owners to define requirements, prioritize changes, and drive end-to-end solutions that improve financial and operational outcomes.

The role requires deep ERP/CRM knowledge, 10+ years in IT with extensive Dynamics experience, and strong change management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required or equivalent experience.
• System certifications in D365 CE, D365 ERP Finance and Operations or related areas.
• Technical certifications in Power Automate, PowerApps, etc. are a plus.
• PMI/PMP certification is a plus.
• ITIL training and certification are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and resolve production issues in the functional area.
• Perform root cause and trend analysis to resolve problems thoroughly.
• Define and implement end-to-end processes for the business.
• Lead workshops and collaborate with stakeholders for seamless integration.
• Manage ERP/CRM deployments and project deliverables.
• Lead training requirements and change management plans.
