Knoetic in New York seeks a senior operator to serve as the operational center of gravity, partnering with the Founder/CEO to ensure every function—product, engineering, GTM, community, and people—runs on time and with high standards.

You will own project execution across the company, drive engineering/product roadmaps, and build dashboards and data pipelines to keep leadership honest and aligned.

Qualifications

• 4-7 years as a top performer in roles demanding extreme rigor and intensity.
• Experience in high-growth startups (Series A/B/C) with cross-functional delivery.
• Ability to scope, QA, and ship product/engineering/design roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Own the company’s dashboards and data definitions as the source of truth.
• Drive end-to-end product/engineering/design roadmaps with QA and rollout.
• Scale operations from 1 to 10 with repeatable systems and processes.
