Job summary

Smartly is seeking a Partner Operations Manager to join the Global Partnerships team, reporting to the VP of Partnerships and collaborating with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Marketing, Sales, and Partner teams to drive operational excellence across strategic platform partnerships.

You will own critical operational trackers, coordinate cross-functional updates, manage partner-related escalations, and deliver insights with Excel/Looker to help scale the Partnerships organization.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in Partner Operations or similar operational role within SaaS/tech.
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills with ability to handle multiple initiatives.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills, including pivot tables, formulas, reporting, and data analysis.
• Experience building dashboards in Looker or similar BI tools.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and driving accountability across stakeholders.
• Strong communication to simplify complex operational information for technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Operational Program Management: Own and maintain critical operational trackers and coordinate updates across stakeholders.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Serve as the operational connective tissue between Partnerships, Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Marketing, and other teams.
• Partner Bug & Escalation Management: Manage intake, prioritization, and coordination of partner-related bugs and escalations.
• Analytics & Reporting: Perform operational analysis and build dashboards in Looker for visibility into health and progress.
• Process Improvement & Operational Excellence: Identify opportunities to improve workflows and scalable processes.
