Job summary

Solace is seeking a Product Operator to work with Product leadership, driving high-impact initiatives that cut across multiple teams. You will partner with the Chief Product Officer and leaders in Product, Engineering, Design, Operations, Clinical, and Growth to translate strategy into actionable plans.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in a high-performance environment such as CoS, VC, strategy, consulting, startup ops, or product operations.
• Strong problem-solving and structured thinking skills.
• Bias toward action and track record of turning ambiguity into momentum.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; capable across teams and levels.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the CPO on cross-functional questions in the Product organization.
• Own initiatives spanning multiple product teams and roadmaps.
• Identify gaps, dependencies, and opportunities across teams to prevent lost work.
• Drive alignment among stakeholders with competing priorities and perspectives.
• Translate strategic goals into concrete plans, milestones, and rhythms.
• Build frameworks and analyses to inform product decisions.
• Provide visibility into initiatives and surface risks and blockers promptly.
• Improve how Product operates through better planning, communication, and execution.
• Serve as connective tissue across Product, Engineering, Design, Clinical, Operations, and Growth.
