Job summary

Spectraforce Technologies, Inc. is seeking an experienced Event Manager V to lead and support a range of events, activations, and product demonstrations.

This contract role requires in-office presence at least 3 days per week in Burlingame, CA or New York, NY and involves cross-functional collaboration with marketing, product, and creative teams. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in client-facing event management, strong communication and budgeting skills, and the ability to design scalable

Qualifications

• 5+ years of client-facing experience in event management or a creative agency.
• Experience coordinating both virtual and in-person events.
• Cross-functional collaboration and organizational design skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with executives.
• Experience managing vendors and external partners.
• Familiarity with standard project management tools and methodologies.
• Experience managing production budgets.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to use judgment and analyze data reports for metrics.

Responsibilities

• Support and execute events and experiences across the organization.
• Design, develop, and scale the delivery of product experiences.
• Provide creative production and logistics expertise for events, including: Experience consultation, Demo design, Staffing, Technology support, On-site event support.
• Partner cross-functionally with marketing, product, and creative teams.
• Support the development of processes and playbooks that streamline operations.
• Partner with external agencies to plan and execute experiential programs.
• Be available to travel up to 25%.
• Establish and support strategic measurement and marketing plans for events.
• Support post-event reporting processes and data collection.
