Job summary

Staging Solutions - Events & Experiences seeks an Executive Producer to grow and retain a book of existing client business while delivering standout event experiences that foster loyalty. You will lead organic growth through proactive relationships, consultative selling, and strategic planning, serving as senior production leader from concept through execution.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years consultative B2B sales in events/experiential, production, corporate event sales, or agency services.
• Proven success with large, complex multi-stakeholder deals.
• Quota attainment at or above goal for multiple quarters; able to handle $3M+ annual targets.

Responsibilities

• Own annual revenue targets for an assigned book of existing clients; forecast and report pipeline to leadership.
• Develop formal account plans identifying whitespace, expansion opportunities, and risks.
• Proactively map client organization meetings and capability reviews.
