Job summary

Razorfish Health is seeking a senior Group Copy Supervisor to lead copy development across one or more brands, ensuring clinical accuracy and brand voice. You will guide long-form and short-form copy for HCP, DTC, and OTC audiences within pharma marketing, mentoring junior writers.

You’ll partner with Creative, Account, and Client teams, present to MLR, and drive strategic briefs while managing multiple projects under tight deadlines. Strong portfolio and travel flexibility are essential.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of professional writing in an advertising or interactive agency
• 1–3+ years pharma/healthcare experience
• Project lead and team leadership experience required
• Experience on large cross-channel and/or direct marketing initiatives including rich media, web, direct, and print; online and social media is strongly preferred
• A strong and diverse portfolio is required for consideration
• Must be open to travel as needed for client engagements

Responsibilities

• Partner with Creative, Account, and Client teams to advance objectives
• Lead original copy development on assigned engagements
• Present to client MLR teams and propose actionable paths forward
• Develop and contribute to briefs and strategic/tactical plans
• Monitor client marketplace changes and adjust work accordingly
• Collaborate with clients to develop solutions and present ideas
• Work independently under tight deadlines on multiple projects
• Articulate direction to studio, vendors, and junior staff
• Demonstrate expert knowledge of science to write innovatively
• Manage multiple projects and writing demands simultaneously
• Ensure copy tone and style align with brand guidelines
• Make sound decisions quickly
• Uphold high standards for all agency work
