Omnicom Health is seeking a Copy Supervisor to oversee daily creative copy for assigned client projects. You will ensure high standards of quality and timely delivery, guiding junior writers and shaping brand voice across campaigns.

The role requires strong healthcare copywriting knowledge, strategic thinking, and hands‑on supervision of manuscripts through MLR processes. Collaboration with Editorial, Strategy, and Project Management is essential.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to present ideas clearly.
• Portfolio of work demonstrating strong and consistent writing ability.
• Experience leading and developing copy teams or junior staff.
• Knowledge of healthcare copywriting—AMA style, health literacy, and regulatory prep.

Responsibilities

• Create on‑strategy copy that is original and aligns with brand voice.
• Lead and mentor junior copy staff, ensuring high quality and timely delivery.
• Prepare manuscripts for MLR and manage review workflows with teams.
• Research and interpret clinical data to inform messaging and storytelling.
• Oversee proofreading/editing for accuracy and brand consistency.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to support campaigns.
