Job summary

Qualifications

• 6-7 years of pharmaceutical copy supervisory experience in a fast-paced agency.
• Pharmaceutical and/or healthcare copywriting experience is required.
• Portfolio demonstrating previous work must be included with application.
• Previous leadership experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Copy lead for a portfolio of business and inspire creative excellence across multiple brands or portfolio.
• Partner with cross-functional team members to ensure staffing, processes, and on-time delivery within budget.
• Demonstrate expert knowledge about brand, disease state, trials, data, and competitive products.
• Present creative work and ideas for large initiatives to clients and engage in solution conversations.
• Proactively seek opportunities to grow the business and make recommendations.
• Lead new business pitch opportunities and present at client meetings.
• Collaborate with cross-functional team members across the agency.
• Supervise multiple direct reports, oversee workload, provide feedback, and conduct performance reviews.
• Attend market research and workshops as needed.
