Job summary

Mindlance seeks a Group Copy Supervisor to lead copy development for multiple brands in a pharma advertising setting. You will collaborate with Editorial, Art, and Account partners and with Creative Management to ensure high-quality, compliant creative work and responsive service to clients.

You will manage writers, lead in strategy discussions, and mentor the team to meet deadlines and budgets while maintaining client satisfaction and brand integrity.

Qualifications

• 7-10+ years’ pharmaceutical advertising agency experience.
• Deep understanding of science and healthcare; strong MLR knowledge and copywriting skills across media.

Responsibilities

• Lead copy development for multiple brands across print, video, and digital projects.
• Ensure copy is clear, powerful, error-free, and properly referenced.
• Assign writers and manage workloads to maximize productivity and meet deadlines.
• Provide feedback to improve others’ work and mentor junior writers.
• Maintain strong client relationships and present copy with enthusiasm.
