Job summary

Razorfish Health, part of Publicis Groupe, seeks a Group Copy Supervisor to lead copy development for one or more brands in pharmaceutical marketing. You will guide the creative process, ensure clinical accuracy, and direct other copywriters while delivering across HCP, DTC, and OTC channels.

The role requires 7–10+ years’ writing experience in agencies and 1–3+ years in pharma/healthcare, with strong project and team leadership. Travel and client-facing collaboration are expected.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of professional writing experience in advertising or interactive agency.
• 1–3+ years of pharma or health/healthcare experience.
• Project lead and team leadership experience required.
• Experience on large cross-channel initiatives including web, direct, and print; online and social media experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead copy development for one or more brands, ensuring clinical accuracy, editorial elegance and brand voice.
• Direct other copywriters and oversee long-form and short-form copy for HCP, DTC, and OTC audiences.
• Collaborate with Creative, Account, and Client teams to advance marketing objectives.
• Present to clients and MLIR teams, building actionable paths forward.
