• Exceptional concepting, storytelling, and copywriting skills.

This senior-level role combines creative leadership, client partnership, and hands-on copy development. You'll collaborate with Creative, Medical, Strategy, and Account teams to create impactful work that is both scientifically accurate and creatively inspiring.

*This role will support our Santa Monica office. Must be willing to work PST hours.

*Must submit portfolio that demonstrates strong concepting.

Responsibilities:

• Lead copy development across multiple brands, campaigns, and promotional initiatives
• Provide creative leadership and mentorship to copywriters and cross-functional teams
• Partner with art leadership to develop integrated, concept-driven campaigns

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of pharma advertising agency experience
• 4+ years of pharmaceutical/healthcare copywriting and copy supervision experience
• Proven experience leading and mentoring writers in an agency environment
• Exceptional concepting, storytelling, and copywriting skills
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical regulations, terminology, and promotional communications
• Excellent presentation, communication, and client-facing skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Collaborative, positive leader with curiosity, adaptability, and a strong creative point of view

The anticipated hourly rate for this position is $90 but may vary based on various factors such as the candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and proficiency for the role.
