Job summary

Razorfish Health, part of Publicis Groupe, is seeking a Group Copy Supervisor to lead copy across brands for HCP, DTC, and OTC audiences in pharmaceutical marketing. You will oversee long-form and short-form copy, ensuring clinical accuracy and brand voice, while guiding junior writers under tight deadlines.

The role requires 7–10+ years of writing experience in an agency setting plus 1–3+ years in pharma, with strong leadership and cross-channel project experience. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of professional writing in advertising or interactive agencies.
• 1–3+ years of pharma/healthcare experience.
• Project lead and team leadership experience required.
• Experience with large cross-channel and direct marketing initiatives including web, rich media, and social media.

Responsibilities

• Lead copy development across brands, ensuring clinical accuracy and brand voice.
• Direct other copywriters and manage long-form and short-form copy for pharma marketing engagements.
• Partner with Creative, Account, and Client teams to meet objectives.
• Present to and build relationships with client MLR teams.
• Develop and contribute to strategic and tactical plans within deadlines.
