Job summary

Westwing is seeking a Senior Manager Cross Channel Operations to lead the onsite customer experience across homepage, newsletters, landing pages and campaigns. You will own cross-channel operations, product sorting, and stakeholder alignment across Creative, Sales, Brand Buying, Marketing, and other teams.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in e-commerce operations, visual merchandising, content operations, or a cross-functional role.
• Strong project management and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Commercial mindset and understanding of customer behavior, onsite merchandising, and conversion drivers.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication across interdisciplinary teams.
• Proactive, hands-on attitude with ownership and continuous improvement.
• Experience leading projects and mentoring teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English; German is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own cross-channel planning and execution of homepage, newsletters, landing pages, and onsite campaigns.
• Optimise product sorting for landing pages to maximise relevance and conversions.
• Lead cross-functional planning with Sales, Marketing, and Brand Buying.
• Drive operational excellence by improving processes, workflows, and scalable planning frameworks with AI/automation.
• Execute market expansions and coordinate cross-functional rollout plans.
• Contribute to strategic planning, OKRs, and onsite performance improvements.
• Mentor and develop junior to mid-level team members.
