Job summary

You will own the product lifecycle, work with engineering, data and design, define KPIs, and push data-driven improvements, including AI-enabled automation. Fluency in English is required for a fast-paced, international team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management within ecommerce, retail or logistics.
• Experience implementing, configuring, and integrating SaaS solutions with vendors.
• Strong analytical mindset; proficient in Excel and SQL; ability to use AI tools for research and prototyping.

Responsibilities

• Own roadmap for Supply Chain and Fulfilment systems across SaaS and in-house tools.
• Define KPIs and align initiatives with OKRs and operational targets.
• Coordinate implementation of capabilities with SaaS vendors and partners; drive rollout.
• Own end-to-end product lifecycle with engineering, data, and design for scalable delivery.
• Drive discovery to identify automation opportunities and leverage AI to improve the supply chain.
• Make build-versus-buy decisions to balance speed, scalability and long-term impact.
