Job summary

Rocket is seeking a Senior CRO Manager specializing in Organic Search to lead full-funnel testing and optimization across Rocket's digital properties, including AI Search capabilities. You will work with SEO, content growth, and product teams to create sophisticated experiments, mentor teammates, and drive measurable SEO outcomes.

You will design A/B and multivariate tests, implement with Amplitude/Optimizely, and apply AI tools to enhance experiment design and results.

Qualifications

5+ years in CRO, performance marketing, or organic search roles.
Proven expertise with web performance and testing platforms (Optimizely, Amplitude).
Proven track record of running A/B and multivariate tests with strong stats knowledge.
Deep knowledge of SEO principles and organic search behavior.
Advanced proficiency with web analytics and large datasets.
Power user of AI tools (Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT).
Bachelor’s degree in marketing/design/tech/data science or related field.
Excellent communication and ability to present technical findings.

Responsibilities

Lead full-funnel experimentation and optimization across organic search and direct channels for Rocket Mortgage storefronts and partner properties.
Design and execute A/B, multivariate, and time-based tests focused on SEO impact and AI Search performance.
Collaborate with SEO, content, and product teams to identify high-impact testing opportunities and translate SEO insights into experiments.
Build experiments using Amplitude and Optimizely with hands-on technical implementation.
Measure and analyze SEO-related changes over time, accounting for market noise and external factors.
Mentor junior team members on testing best practices and AI-assisted experiment design.
