Job summary

Mixbook is seeking a Senior Manager, Organic Growth to own the organic growth program and drive sustainable traffic, customer acquisition, and revenue through traditional search and emerging discovery channels. You will shape the longer-term SEO strategy, tackle technical SEO, IA, and content optimization, and partner with Product, Engineering, Brand, Content, and Creative to deliver measurable impact.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience across SEO, organic growth, or related digital growth roles.
• Independent ownership of holistic organic growth and SEO programs in environments with limited resources.
• Deep expertise in technical SEO, IA, site hierarchy, taxonomy, on-page optimization, internal linking, and structured data for large-scale sites.
• Experience partnering with Product and Engineering to define requirements and roadmaps with SEO considerations.
• Ability to translate search demand and content gaps into actionable recommendations for Brand and Content teams.
• Strong analytical mindset and understanding of how signals combine to drive visibility, engagement, and revenue.
• Knowledge of AI/LLM-driven discovery, zero-click experiences, and evolving SERP behaviors.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve Mixbook's organic growth strategy, driving day-to-day execution and long-term roadmap.
• Identify high-impact organic opportunities based on search behavior, competition, and performance data.
• Lead technical SEO and IA roadmap with Product/Engineering to improve crawlability, indexing, Core Web Vitals, and site structure.
• Translate findings into business cases and prioritized requirements for roadmap decisions.
• Operationalize improvements across templates, pages, feeds, and structured data; build an experimentation roadmap.
• Collaborate with Brand and Content to translate demand into content priorities and optimization recommendations.
• Define and manage authority strategies across backlinks, mentions, citations, and expert content; oversee SEO vendors.
• Own approach to emergent search environments (AI overlays) ensuring authoritative, citable experiences.
• Define, track, and report organic growth KPIs in partnership with Product, CRO, Analytics.
• Champion best practices across the organization with cross-functional stakeholders.
