Job summary

space150 is seeking a senior leader to own and evolve the organic search practice across a diverse client roster. You will drive end-to-end SEO, from technical audits to content strategy, while integrating AI-driven visibility and CRO to maximize demand and performance.

Collaboration with analytics, UX, and engineering teams is essential as you guide clients and the new-business team. The role emphasizes strategic thinking, hands-on optimization, and a willingness to build tooling and processes

Qualifications

• 6–10 years in SEO and/or CRO, in an agency or multi-brand environment.
• Experience with technical SEO and analytics tagging (GA4, GTM).
• Proficiency with SEO tools like Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog.

Responsibilities

• Own organic search strategy end to end for a portfolio of clients.
• Run technical SEO diagnostics and translate into developer-ready backlogs.
• Develop keyword and topic strategy grounded in commercial intent.
• Build and own a point of view on AI search visibility and related metrics.
• Manage organic search tool stack and justify license decisions.
• Own organic performance measurement with GA4, GSC, Looker/Looker Studio, and server-side tagging when applicable.
• Conduct CRO experiments and optimize conversion paths.
• Collaborate with analytics, UX, and development teams; lead client meetings.
