Job summary

Neighborly is seeking a Senior Manager, Organic Search to lead SEO, GEO and GBP strategies across brand sites, build roadmaps, and drive revenue through improved rankings and conversions.

You will mentor a team of SEO and content professionals, collaborate with product and IT on migrations, conduct technical audits, and report performance to the Organic Search Director and brand leaders. Hybrid schedule: in-office Mon-Wed at Irving, with Thu-Fri remote.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, Data Analysis, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience managing a team of SEO and Content professionals preferred.
• Strong experience with SEO and deep understanding of ranking criteria, including local factors.

Responsibilities

• Lead SEO, GEO and GBP strategies and roadmaps for multiple brands.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product and IT on migrations.
• Perform technical website audits and provide SEO recommendations.
• Monitor performance and deliver regular reports to leadership.
• Mentor and manage a team of SEO and content professionals.
