Job summary

Cognition is seeking an SEO & AEO Lead to architect and scale our organic demand engine. You will own strategy and execution, turning PMM content and technical expertise into high-intent search experiences and scalable assets across enterprise software engineering audiences.

You will lead technical, on-page, and off-page SEO, while building authority in AI search and related platforms to drive pipeline and conversion.

Qualifications

Experience building and executing SEO/AEQ programs for B2B tech products.
Ability to translate PMM positioning and technical insights into search-optimized assets.
Strong understanding of enterprise search, AI-search visibility, and conversion optimization.

Responsibilities

Build the organic demand engine across Devin, Windsurf, and web presence.
Create search-optimized experiences: landing, use-case, comparison, blog, guides, gated resources.
Own technical, on-page, and off-page SEO including architecture, data, and performance.
Own AEO and AI search strategies across AI answer engines and related platforms.
Optimize for pipeline by measuring impact on qualified traffic, engagement, and revenue.
Build a repeatable system turning PMM content into multiple high-quality search experiences.
