Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in CRO or related optimization roles.
• Expertise with web performance and testing platforms such as Optimizely and Amplitude.
• Proven track record of running A/B and multivariate tests with statistical rigor.
• Advanced proficiency with web analytics and large datasets.
• Power user of AI tools such as Claude, Gemini, and ChatGPT.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, design, technology, data science, or related field.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-funnel experiments across Rocket's digital properties and AI search capabilities.
• Design and run A/B, multivariate and time-based tests to improve conversions.
• Mentor junior team members and present strategic insights to leadership.
• Collaborate with SEO, content, product, and engineering to identify testing opportunities.
• Build experiments using Amplitude and Optimizely and analyze impact over time.
