Job summary

Wayne-Sanderson is seeking a Sr Systems Analyst – CRM to serve as a subject matter expert for CRM applications and related business processes. The role supports, configures, and improves CRM capabilities while partnering with stakeholders to translate needs into reliable, scalable solutions.

The position leads enhancements, troubleshooting, and project deliverables, contributing to requirements, design, testing, documentation, and continuous improvement across the CRM ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Four+ years of experience supporting CRM platforms or related business systems.
• Experience gathering requirements, documenting processes, and delivering enhancements with stakeholders.
• Experience configuring CRM functionality including fields, forms, workflows, and security roles.
• Experience supporting end users and triaging incidents.
• Experience with enterprise CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or Pega is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for CRM applications and business processes, guiding configuration and standards.
• Own design and configuration of CRM capabilities, ensuring scalable, supportable solutions.
• Provide leadership for complex CRM issues and escalation.
• Lead CRM upgrades, testing, deployment readiness, and post-go-live stabilization.
• Lead data migration, data quality, and integration initiatives.
• Develop CRM reporting and analytics standards and governance.
