Job summary

Wayne-Sanderson Farms seeks a Manager, Business Applications to lead a team responsible for supporting, optimizing, and enhancing our enterprise applications that power operations. You will collaborate with business leaders, IT teams, and vendors to drive reliability, performance, and continuous improvement while shaping roadmaps and delivering strategies that improve processes and user experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in business application support and operational technology.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to use SQL queries and reporting tools to investigate issues.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day support and performance of business applications.
• Partner with end users, Help Desk, Infrastructure, Application Development, Data Services, and vendors to maintain performance.
• Own applications end-to-end including support, enhancements, upgrades, integrations, and ongoing optimization.
• Maintain technical documentation, knowledge articles, support tickets, and change requests.
