Experience leading business application and operational technology support environments.
Experience with ERP, manufacturing, supply chain, distribution or related systems.
Experience partnering with stakeholders, vendors, and end users to improve performance.
Experience leading or supporting enhancements, upgrades, integrations or projects.
Experience managing vendors and third-party providers.

Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day support and performance of business applications and ensure reliability.
Own end-to-end ownership of applications including enhancements, upgrades, integrations and optimization.
Partner with end users, IT teams, vendors to maintain performance and drive adoption.
Develop and execute application roadmaps aligned to business goals.
Oversee governance, change management, documentation, and support processes.
