Job summary

Wayne-Sanderson Farms seeks a Senior Systems Analyst – CRM to serve as SME for CRM applications and business processes. You will lead enhancements, configure capabilities, troubleshoot, and partner with stakeholders to deliver reliable, scalable solutions.

Mentoring less experienced staff and guiding cross-functional teams are part of the role. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce, or similar platforms, plus strong data analytics and reporting skills, is preferred.

Qualifications

• Four+ years of CRM experience in enterprise applications.
• Experience with enterprise CRM platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce, Pega, or similar solutions.

Responsibilities

• CRM Configuration & Application Support: Serve as SME for CRM applications and business processes, guiding configuration and solution design.
• Business Solutions & Continuous Improvement: Collaborate across functions to define CRM approaches that support cross-functional needs and long-term goals.
• Enhancements, Projects & Data Management: Lead CRM enhancements and data migration efforts, coordinating across technical teams.
• Reporting, Governance & User Enablement: Establish CRM reporting standards and governance, ensuring user enablement and knowledge transfer.
