Job summary

Reingold, Inc. is seeking an Adobe Email Marketing Specialist to build and run cross-channel campaigns in Adobe Campaign and Adobe Journey Optimizer.

You’ll design workflows, shape data models, and troubleshoot deliveries while collaborating with clients and colleagues in a hybrid or fully remote setup. The role requires deep technical depth, disciplined release management, and the ability to explain platform constraints to non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 4+ years hands-on experience with Adobe Campaign or AJO, including production ownership.
• Ability to build multi-step workflows independently from targeting to delivery.
• Strong SQL skills and JavaScript for Campaign scripting contexts.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain Adobe Campaign workflows and data models.
• Write SQL and JavaScript inside workflows and diagnose slow queries.
• Manage deliverability: SPF/DKIM/DMARC, IP warming, bounce handling, suppression logic.
• Execute calendar: audience pulls, templates, proofing, approvals, scheduling, deployment.
• Build/import/export integrations with CRM and client systems.
• Create campaign reporting and run A/B/multivariate tests.
• Maintain runbooks and document processes; integrate AI judiciously.
