Job summary

HelloFresh is seeking a Senior CRM Manager for Referrals to scale our high ROI referral program across 16 countries. You will design end-to-end journeys across Email, Push, and in-product touchpoints, build segmentation strategies, and own the campaign lifecycle from briefing to post-campaign analysis.

Collaborate with analytics, product, operations, and local market teams, applying AI-driven solutions to make the referral pipeline faster, smarter, and more scalable while maintaining brand

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on CRM, lifecycle marketing or email marketing experience.
• Experience deploying multi-channel campaigns across Email, Push and in-product.
• Iterable experience is a strong plus; familiarity with Braze or Klaviyo valued.

Responsibilities

• Design and own E2E referral journeys across channels and markets.
• Develop segmentation strategies using behavioral and lifecycle signals.
• Define channel mix, timing and messaging; own the full campaign lifecycle.
• Lead AI-driven experimentation to improve referral campaigns and automation.
