Job summary

Green Chef, the premium health-focused brand in HelloFresh, seeks a Senior Associate, CRM to own end-to-end email and SMS execution. You’ll build, QA, deploy, and optimize flows across Activation and Reactivation, collaborating with cross-functional teams and the global CRM group.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, Green Chef, you will drive segmentation, lifecycle targeting, and performance reporting to fuel growth and improve deliverability, conversion, and engagement across channels.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of CRM or lifecycle marketing experience.
• Hands-on Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementation.
• Experience with email and SMS channels.
• D2C, subscription or ecommerce background.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end email and SMS campaign execution.
• Design and optimize activation and reactivation flows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on strategy.
• Analyze CRM performance and report insights.
• Support migrations as part of tooling roadmap.
