Boys & Girls Clubs of America is seeking a Senior Project Analyst to bridge technology, project management, operations, and data. You will optimize Salesforce, lead cross-functional initiatives, and provide data-driven insights to help leaders make informed decisions.

The role is hybrid and based in Atlanta, with opportunities to improve how work gets done, drive strategic initiatives, and build scalable processes across teams.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in project management, business operations, consulting, CRM/business systems, analytics, or related field.
• Hands‑on experience with Salesforce or comparable CRM platform and ability to translate requirements into system improvements.
• Strong project management skills with multiple priorities, stakeholders, and deadlines.
• Ability to translate business requirements into workflows and practical solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data, dashboards, KPIs, and reporting.
• Experience partnering across functions and influencing work without formal authority.

Responsibilities

• Own & optimize CRM solutions including Salesforce: workflows, automations, dashboards, reporting, and new features.
• Translate business needs into system requirements and partner with teams and vendors for enhancements.
• Lead user acceptance testing and ensure functionality aligns with expectations.
• Build project plans, timelines, milestones, and communication plans for multiple initiatives.
• Coordinate work across teams, track progress, risks, decisions, and action items.
• Develop documentation, standards, and training to help employees use systems effectively.
• Support expansion of Salesforce ecosystem and related processes.
