Job summary

Boys & Girls Clubs of Metro Atlanta seeks a Senior Director of Philanthropy Operations to lead systems, data, moves management fundraising, and the donor experience. You will optimize Salesforce configurations, establish SOPs, and ensure timely donor receipts while partnering with the Chief Growth Officer.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of nonprofit development operations, CRM, or fundraising systems leadership, with strong Salesforce experience.
• Knowledge of fundraising principles; experience with Salesforce donor database analytic tools, queries, reports and advanced analysis.
• Proven ability to communicate with donors, funders, and colleagues in person, in writing, and on the phone.
• Ability to organize information and data and perform detail-oriented work with accuracy and timeliness.
• Ability to work with multiple staff within the department and throughout the organization.
• Hands-on experience collaborating with Finance Department recommended.
