Job summary

General Motors’ GM Energy is seeking a Group Product Manager for CRM Platforms to own Salesforce-based customer journey strategy and delivery, spanning lead generation, qualification, opportunity management, and order handoff.

You will lead PMs across Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Care, define scalable CRM architecture, and partner with executives to drive measurable business outcomes through a connected Salesforce platform.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the Salesforce CRM product portfolio, including strategy, vision, roadmap, and delivery.
• Lead, mentor, and empower Product Managers to define strategies and roadmaps.
• Define and evolve the CRM strategy to scale Salesforce with GM Energy’s growth.
• Establish a connected CRM experience from lead generation to customer care.
• Develop and manage the portfolio of work to deliver Salesforce CRM capabilities and measurable outcomes.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience, Operations, Finance, and Technology to align CRM with business goals.
• Drive prioritization and requirements with agile teams.
• Coordinate the full CRM lifecycle from discovery to retirement.
