You will translate business objectives into concrete technical requirements, drive CI/CD maturity, and boost developer productivity in a scalable, secure platform.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.
• 7+ years of Product Management experience, with at least 2+ years on the Salesforce/CRM ecosystem.
• Deep understanding CRM/Salesforce architecture and platform health.

Responsabilidades

• Define and execute a multi‑year Salesforce platform roadmap.
• Own DevEx and CI/CD oversight to enable fast, safe deployments.
• Mentor junior PMs and align cross‑functional teams (business, architects, legal, data).
