Job summary

General Motors Energy seeks a Group Product Manager to own the CRM portfolio, including Salesforce and AI-enabled solutions, across the end-to-end customer journey. You will define scalable product strategies, partner with Sales, Marketing, and Operations, and drive agile delivery to achieve GM Energy's growth and customer outcomes.

This role reports to the Director, Software Products, GM Energy, and requires strong leadership and a data-driven, customer-centric approach.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy, vision, roadmap, and delivery of GM Energy's CRM capabilities, including Salesforce and AI-enabled solutions.
• Define how Salesforce scales with the business, establishing a durable product strategy, operating model, and prioritization framework.
• Lead the evolution of Salesforce as a connected platform across Sales, Marketing, Operations, eCommerce, Order Management, and Customer Experience.
• Mentor Product Managers to define and execute product strategies and roadmaps aligned to Objectives and Key Results.
• Drive prioritization and business requirements with technical and functional teams, using agile product development practices.
• Coordinate the full CRM product lifecycle, including discovery, planning, design, delivery, release, adoption, measurement, and retirement.
• Develop and maintain metrics, SLAs, health indicators, and continuous-improvement plans for Salesforce environments and CRM capabilities.
• Identify opportunities using customer insights and performance reporting to measure adoption and improve outcomes.
• Apply AI capabilities to improve CRM productivity, decision-making, personalization, and customer outcomes.
