Lingokids is hiring a Senior CRM Manager to own communications across email, push, and in-app messaging. You will build automation and AI layers to personalize journeys at scale, with audiences and content generated automatically, and continuous experimentation driving improvements weekly.

You will own CRM as a domain end to end: roadmap, priorities, and cross-functional projects with Product, Data and Design.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in CRM, lifecycle or marketing automation with hands-on ownership of a marketing automation platform.
• Fluency with Braze: Canvas, Liquid, catalogs, API campaigns and catalogs.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve Braze setup: canvases, journeys, segmentation, content, and webhooks.
• Design automated lifecycle flows: onboarding, free-to-paid, retention, and win-back.
