Tripadvisor is seeking a Senior CRM Specialist to lead lifecycle campaigns across Email and Push. You will bridge CRM Operations, Engineering, and Brand Marketing, shaping strategies from inspiration to retention and transactional messaging.

You’ll own segmentation, data pipelines, and AI-driven personalization, delivering measurable impact through rigorous testing and analytics. Remote-East Coast US, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 2–4 years of CRM, lifecycle marketing, or campaign management experience.
• Ability to translate business goals into technical CRM specifications.

Responsibilities

• Own multi-channel lifecycle planning and the integrated marketing calendar.
• Write technical briefs and handoff to CRM Operations and Engineering teams.
• Collaborate with Content and Brand teams on messaging and data pipelines.
• Define segmentation and personalization strategies leveraging AI where appropriate.
• Monitor campaign performance and contribute to reporting and testing standards.
