Scale Media is a fully remote company building science-backed wellness brands and seeking a mid-level Data Analyst who is a true Data Detective. You will understand the heartbeat of the customer journey and own the truth behind retention and lifecycle metrics.

You will work with CRM and loyalty platforms (Klaviyo, LoyaltyLion) to derive insights and guide decision-making, collaborating with operators, marketers, and builders to scale brands.

Qualifications

• Data Analyst who is much more than a report builder.
• Own the truth behind our Customer Retention and Lifecycle.
• Lifecycle Data Master who understands CRM and loyalty platforms (Klaviyo, Loyalty Lion) and is an expert.
