Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 10+ years CRM or audience management experience.
• Experience building audiences for email, lifecycle, and digital campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of segmentation, targeting, and campaign execution processes.
• Experience with SFMC, AJO, or similar marketing automation tools and SQL.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage audience segmentation strategies for acquisition, retention, cross-sell, and reactivation.
• Build and maintain target audiences for lifecycle, promotional, triggered, and seasonal CRM programs.
• Collaborate with CRM Strategy and Operations to translate objectives into targeting requirements.
• Ensure audiences are delivered accurately and activated for campaign execution.
