Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a Senior Critical Infrastructure Engineer to support a key client account in New York, reporting to the NYC office. You will drive technical execution for critical facilities, construction, and renovations, collaborating with landlords, facilities teams, and third-party vendors.

The role demands strong project management, read-and-interpret design drawings, and deep knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and life-safety systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical) or related field.
• 5–10 years of progressive project engineering experience in real estate or facilities.
• Strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, life safety) and ability to read drawings.

Responsibilities

• Manage delivery of critical facilities services for the assigned portfolio.
• Serve as client Technical liaison and coordinate with property management and vendors.
• Develop project scopes, schedules and budgets; oversee construction and commissioning.
• Review design documents, ensure codes compliance and safety standards.
